Containerboard that Makes a Difference
Our Containerboard is
100% Recycled
Using our paper, customers can increase the total recycled content of their boxes. And because our paper is certified to Forest Stewardship Council® standards, our customers know they’re purchasing a product made with materials originating from well-managed forests.
Our paper is available in widths up to 128 inches and weights from 23 to 45 pounds per thousand square feet. Custom sizes are also available.

Our Paper Recycling
Process
We feed the OCC into a large blender (called a “pulper”) which mixes the OCC with water to form pulp. Contaminants, such as dirt, staples, tape, plastic and adhesives, are removed to yield a clean pulp which will be processed into high-quality recycled paper.
The pulp is refined to develop the necessary strength. Then, it’s sent onto the paper machine to be formed into rolls of paper.
The paper moves across 64 dryer cans where it is dried with steam.
The paper is wound onto a reel and then cut into rolls.
The rolls of paper are delivered by truck or rail to corrugated packaging manufacturers across the southeast.
